01Who we are

Real Estate Ace (“Reace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated via the website reace.ai and its subdomains, provides an AI visibility service for real estate professionals. Our free AI Visibility Score audits how leading AI assistants — including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude — respond when prospective buyers and sellers ask for real estate agent recommendations in a given market. We also offer optional paid services in which we perform AI-visibility work on an agent’s behalf, such as business-profile cleanup, review strategy, website optimization, and recurring audits.

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you visit reace.ai, request an AI Visibility Score, contact us, or use our services. It does not cover third-party websites or services we link to, which have their own privacy policies.

02Information we collect

We only collect information we actually need to run your audit, respond to you, and provide our services. That falls into a few buckets:

Information you give us directly

• AI Visibility Score requests. When you request a score, we collect your name, brokerage, city, state, and email address, and optionally your specialty and neighborhood. We use these details to run the audit and identify you in AI queries about your market.
• Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message so we can reply.
• Service & sales inquiries. If you request our paid “do it for me” services, we record that request and associate it with your existing audit so we can follow up.
• Playbook purchases. If you purchase the AI Visibility Playbook, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email, and payment details to process the transaction. We receive confirmation that you purchased and the amount paid, but your payment card number is entered directly into Stripe’s checkout page and never touches our servers.

Information we generate about you

• Audit results. The scores, letter grades, mentions, and recommendations we produce for your market, tied to your account.
• Email verification records. A verification token and confirmation status, since we only run an audit after you confirm your email.
• Your Playbook. If you purchase one, the written report we generate for you — your scores, the findings from our scan of your public profiles, and the step-by-step plan built from them.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically log basic technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request — for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics profiling, or behavioral ad cookies on this site.

03How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

• Run your AI Visibility Score and generate your report;
• Verify your email address and prevent spam and abuse of the free audit;
• Send you your results, re-run reminders, and service-related messages;
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support;
• Provide, operate, and improve our paid services if you request them, including processing Playbook purchases through Stripe, and generating and emailing your Playbook;
• Maintain the security, integrity, and performance of our website; and
• Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the details you submit to send you unrelated third-party marketing.

04AI queries and your data

Our core service works by sending questions to third-party AI assistants — currently OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), Perplexity, and Anthropic (Claude) — to measure how they describe your market and whether they recommend you. To do this, the queries we run may include your name, brokerage, and market (for example, “what do you know about [your name] in [your city]?”).

These AI providers process those queries under their own terms and privacy policies. We send only what is needed to perform the audit, and we never send your email address to these AI providers. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of these providers if you have questions about how they handle queries.

We also run a smaller set of the same questions about nearby towns — for example, “who are the best real estate agents in [neighboring town]?” — so we can show you where you are and aren’t visible beyond your home market. Those queries do not include your name.

The Playbook’s written sections

If you purchase a Playbook, we use one AI provider (Anthropic) a second time — not to ask about you publicly, but to help write the report’s explanatory sections from your own results. That request includes your name, brokerage, market, specialty, your scores, the competitor names our audit observed, and the findings from our scan of your public online presence. Because those findings describe what is already published about you, they can include details such as a business phone number listed on a public directory. Your email address is never included.

05Who we share your information with

We share information only with service providers (“sub-processors”) that help us operate, and only as needed to deliver the service. These providers are contractually limited to using your information on our behalf:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case we will notify you of any change in how your information is handled).

06Cookies and tracking

We aim to keep this simple: reace.ai does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral tracking. We may use a small number of strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies required for the site and app to function and to keep them secure. Because we don’t run ad or analytics profiling here, there’s no tracking to opt out of — but you can still control cookies through your browser settings.

07Emails you receive

When you request a score, we send transactional emails: an email verification link, your results, and periodic reminders that you can re-run your free audit (roughly every seven days). These relate directly to the service you asked for. Every non-essential email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of reminders at any time without affecting your ability to request a new audit. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly, consistent with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.

08How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes — for example, so you can re-run audits and see how your score changes over time. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to retain it by law. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before they are overwritten.

09Your rights and choices

Regardless of where you live, you can:

• Access the information we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate details (for example, an updated brokerage or market);
• Delete your account information and audit history;
• Opt out of reminder emails at any time.

To exercise any of these, email us at hello@reace.ai and we’ll take care of it. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to or deletion of that information, to correct inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes permitted by law. To make a request, email hello@reace.ai. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

11Security

We use reputable infrastructure providers and industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address any issues that arise.

12Children’s privacy

Real Estate Ace is a business tool intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13Where your data is processed

We are based in the United States and process information there. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. If you access reace.ai from outside the United States, you understand your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your location.

14Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and for material changes we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of reace.ai after an update means you accept the revised policy.
