01Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website reace.ai, its subdomains, and the services offered by Real Estate Ace (“Reace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the site, requesting an AI Visibility Score, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

02What we provide

Real Estate Ace helps real estate professionals understand and improve how AI assistants describe them. Our free AI Visibility Score runs queries across third-party AI assistants (currently ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude) to estimate how often you are recommended in your market, and returns a score, letter grades, and suggested action steps. We also offer optional paid services in which we perform visibility-improvement work on your behalf. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

03Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service. You agree to provide accurate information — including your name, brokerage, market, and email — and to keep it current. You are responsible for the information you submit and for any activity that occurs under your email address. We verify your email before running an audit to keep the service clean and prevent abuse.

04About AI results and accuracy

Please read this one carefully. Our results come from third-party AI systems, which are probabilistic and change over time. They can be incomplete, inconsistent, or wrong.

The AI Visibility Score is an informational estimate, not a guarantee. AI assistants generate different answers at different times, may “hallucinate” names or facts, and are outside our control. Because of this:

Your score reflects a snapshot of AI outputs at the time we run it and may vary from run to run;
A high score is not a promise of leads, clients, or business results, and a low score is not a judgment of your ability as an agent;
Our action steps are suggestions, not professional, legal, financial, or marketing advice, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome or ranking;
We do not control how ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, or any AI provider generates responses, and we are not responsible for what those systems say about you or anyone else.

You are responsible for how you use the information we provide, and for verifying anything before you act on it.

05Acceptable use

When using reace.ai, you agree that you will not:

Submit information about a person or business without authority to do so, or impersonate someone else;
Use the service to harass, defame, or unfairly target competitors, or to generate misleading content about others;
Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems;
Use the service to violate any law, regulation, or third party’s rights, including fair-housing, advertising, and anti-spam laws;
Introduce malware, bots, or automated tools to abuse the free audit; or
Resell, rebrand, or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who misuses the service.

06Paid services

If you engage our paid “do it for me” services, the specific scope, fees, and billing terms will be described to you separately before you are charged, and those terms form part of this agreement. Unless stated otherwise, paid engagements may be cancelled by either party as described in that separate scope. We perform visibility work on a good-faith, best-effort basis; as noted in Section 04, we do not guarantee specific scores, rankings, leads, or business results.

07Intellectual property

The reace.ai website, the Real Estate Ace name and logo, the design, text, and the scoring methodology are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business purposes. The report we generate for you is yours to use in your business; you may not resell or redistribute our reports or tools as your own. You retain ownership of the information you submit and grant us the right to use it to provide and improve the service.

08Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, email, database, and AI providers). Your use of the service may also be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their outputs, and links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only.

09Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY RESULT, SCORE, OR RECOMMENDATION IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REAL ESTATE ACE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real Estate Ace from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your information. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Alabama, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will take effect when posted. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
